About the Role
For one of our end clients in the Utrecht region, we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant with strong administrator skills. If you are an experienced Salesforce enthusiast who enjoys serving as the first point of contact for users, then your search ends here!
As a Technical Consultant, you play a central role in managing, configuring, and optimizing the Salesforce platform. Your work is part of a team that collaborates and follows the Agile methodology.
What you will be doing
Managing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, including configuration and handling user queries
Developing and implementing customized solutions and flows in Salesforce to meet business needs
Optimizing the Salesforce environment by identifying and resolving issues and implementing improvements
Working on technical designs, code development, architecture, and interfaces, and contributing to data migration strategies
Building and monitoring dashboards in Salesforce, in conjunction with other systems
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience with projects involving complex integration of CRM packages
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Knowledge of Service Cloud and Flows
A proactive development mindset, complemented by a quick problem-solving ability
Proficient in the Dutch language (both spoken and written)
